About this space

Bund Lounge at Shanghai Me draws inspiration from the discreet lounges and speakeasies of 1930s Shanghai, where the city’s elite would gather for private evenings. Hidden behind a mirrored wall, the space has a more intimate feel while keeping the glamour and detail of the wider restaurant.

Design: The interior pairs polished dark wood, brass detailing and mirrored panels with low, warm lighting and plush curved banquettes. Its tiered layout creates smaller seating pockets while keeping the room easy to move through.

Ideal for: Social groups looking for a relaxed but lively setting with a mix of seated banquettes and standing reception space.
