About this space

The studio is a rectangular training space lit by tall glazed doors that provide steady daylight. The interior has pale walls, a smooth dark floor and an exposed concrete ceiling that reveals building services, creating an uncluttered working surface for camera setups.

Room features: Installed PA speakers enable music playback and cueing during sessions. An air-conditioning system maintains ambient conditions and multiple reformer frames on the floor serve as built-in apparatus or props for shoots.

Best for: Fitness and movement shoots, instructor-led exercise videos and small-scale wellness commercial filming.

What sets it apart: A continuous run of backlit full-length mirrors along one wall provides consistent frontal illumination and controlled reflections.

The studio is lovely, the light is great and this is very quiet. There are toilets, showers, and a small kitchen right outside the studio. Adrienne was lovely and super helpful. Highly recommend!
