About this space

The studio has a clean, open layout with white brick walls, high ceilings, and large industrial windows that bring in strong natural light. Blackout options are available when you need more control over lighting.

Inside, the setup stays simple and flexible. There’s a textured brick wall for a more raw backdrop, along with different paper backdrops you can switch between depending on the shoot. The open floor space also makes it easy to rework the setup without feeling cramped.

Host rules

You have use of 1 parking space, which is in front of the red shutter entrance to Unit 3. Every other space in the estate is privately owned, so please do not park anywhere but the allocated space. Moxon Street Car Park is 30m away at the end of the road for any additional crew vehicles.

Set up/down must be contained to within the booked time, and please do not arrive more than 10 minutes prior to the start of the booking.

The space must be left in the same condition as found, and any rubbish either put into the bins provided or bagged up separately and placed next to them.

We have a wide range of camera, grip and lighting equipment available for hire as well as backdrop options - please speak to the studio manager on the day if this has not already been arranged.

Barnet High Street is just one road away with a surplus of food options. Catering and food is welcome on-site with the exception of alcohol. We can offer food or coffee collection from local suppliers via the studio manager if pre-arranged.
