About this space

This is a private, architect-designed home in West London that works really well for shoots and small team offsites. It’s a clean, modern space, but it still feels warm and lived-in rather than too styled.

The main feature is a 12-metre indoor heated pool with a sauna, which gives you a strong focal point for filming or photos. Around that, there are a few different rooms and living areas, so you’ve got options for different setups and angles without having to move locations.

Key features:

• 12m indoor heated swimming pool
• Sauna
• Multiple rooms and zones for filming
• Open-plan living areas
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Natural light throughout
• Flexible layouts for crews and teams
• Varied breakout zones

The space is suitable for photo and video production, content creation, interviews, and small offsite meetings, offsites and retreats.

Located in West London with good transport access, making it practical for London-based teams.
