The Production Room is a multi-workstation creative suite built for beatmaking, songwriting, music technology education, and group creative sessions. It is the most workshop-ready of the three rooms, anchored by an Apple Mac Mini M1 on a 27-inch Thunderbolt display, and equipped with a ceiling-mounted projector that makes it uniquely suited to writing camps, masterclasses, listening sessions, and small group events.
The hardware chain is notably strong for the hire price. Preamps include a Focusrite ISA 428 MkII four-channel transformer-coupled unit, a Warm Audio Neve 1073 clone, a Warm Audio TB12 Tone Beast, and a Focusrite OctoPre MkII for expanded I/O, a combination more commonly found in commercial facilities charging considerably more. Dynamics processing is handled by a DBX 160A compressor. Studio monitoring is via KRK Rokit 8 and Mackie CR3-X near-fields, with Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro headphones for tracking and reference.
MIDI control is available via an Akai MPK49 and multiple M-Audio Oxygen 25 keyboards, making the room practical for simultaneous group production sessions. A Neutrik patchbay and 20-plus XLR cables support flexible routing configurations.
The room is available for dry hire only. It has hosted music production sessions, writing camps, brand activations, podcast recording, and music technology workshops. Minimum booking of two hours.

This is a professional creative space inside a building that is used for community support. Please read before your first session.
Respect the space and the people
Treat everyone with dignity. No harassment, bullying or discrimination of any kind.
No smoking, drugs or alcohol - The entire building is substance-free. Anyone found in breach will be asked to leave immediately.
Equipment:
Do not touch or operate equipment you have not been briefed on. All equipment is PAT-tested and must be treated with care. Any damage caused by misuse is the responsibility of the hirer. Please inform the studio before bringing your own kit.
No food or drink in the studio rooms:
Refreshments are welcome in the designated area outside the studio. Please use the bins provided and leave the space as you found it.
Confidentiality and creative ownership: Do not record or share without explicit permission. Complete split sheets for all collaborations.
Phones and filming
No filming, photography or live streaming without prior consent from everyone in the room.
Be on time and be present
Arrive on time. Sessions run to schedule. This is a professional environment — late arrivals affect everyone in the space.
Safety and access
Follow all safety instructions given on arrival. Commercial hirers are permitted to use the studio area and ground-floor toilet only. All visitors must be signed in by a staff member on arrival. Fire escape procedures will be shared on arrival.
Noise
Keep noise appropriate outside sessions, particularly on arrival and departure.
Consequences
Breaches of these rules may result in a verbal warning, removal from the session, or termination of the booking. No refunds will be issued for removal due to rule violations.
