Flex by Grosvenor – Meeting Room & Day Office Hire Terms & Conditions

These Terms apply to all bookings made with Flex by Grosvenor (“FBG”, “we”, “us”). By booking, the Hirer agrees to these Terms.

1. Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by FBG. Provisional holds may be kept for up to 7 days and released if not confirmed.

2. Payment
Payment terms are set at booking via the platform. FBG may refuse entry or cancel future bookings if payment is not received.

3. Cancellations & Changes
Cancellations are subject to platform rules. Amendments must be requested in writing and are not guaranteed. Fees may apply.

4. Use of Space
Rooms must be used for lawful business purposes only. The Hirer is responsible for attendee behaviour and must not exceed capacity limits.

5. Venue Rules
Noise must be reasonable. No smoking, illegal activities, or unauthorised filming. Food only in approved areas. Damage will be charged.

6. Equipment & Services
Wi-Fi, AV, and equipment are provided where available but not guaranteed. No liability for technical failure or incompatibility.

7. Cleaning & Damage
Spaces must be left tidy. Hirers are liable for damage or excess cleaning costs.

8. Liability
FBG is not liable for loss of property, data, or indirect loss. Liability is not excluded for death or injury caused by negligence.

9. Health & Safety
Hirers must follow all safety instructions and keep exits clear. Breaches may result in immediate termination.

10. Force Majeure
FBG is not liable for events beyond its control such as power failure, extreme weather, or government restrictions.

11. General
FBG may refuse or cancel bookings at its discretion. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
