The Navarino Room is our beautifully restored first-floor dining space, offering a private & versatile setting for any occasion. Recently totally refurbished, the room is decorated with wonderful art that creates an elegant yet warm atmosphere, perfect for making your guests feel right at home.

The space is thoughtfully designed with its own entrance hall, a private bar & dedicated toilets, ensuring your party has everything it needs in one place. Whether you are joining us for a formal sit-down meal for up to 36 guests or a lively drinks reception for 70, we can be completely flexible with the layout to suit your plans. Host rules

Food & Drink

For large groups, food pre-orders must be finalised a minimum of 7 days prior to your booking. This allows us enough time to order and prepare it all for you. Whilst we always endeavor to try and accommodate any late requests, this may not always be possible. Only food and drink supplied by the venue are permitted for consumption on the premises, unless pre-agreed with management.



Decorations
Decorations are allowed in any private spaces but we do ask that no adhesive tape/tabs are used to put up decorations. Things like masking tape/white tac are welcome to be used. For hygiene and environmental reasons, we do have a strict no confetti/glitter rule in our venues.

Final Numbers

Final numbers must be notified no later than 7 days before the date of the booking and we ask that you keep us updated on any further changes within this time, but please be aware that any decrease in numbers after this time will be chargeable.

Guests

As it’s your party, you’re free to invite whoever you like! However, we request that you don’t invite anyone that you wouldn’t invite into your own home. The host is responsible for all guests attending their function, this includes their behaviour and liability for any damage caused. As we are Licensed Premises, we have a strict set of rules to adhere to. As such, we reserve the right to ask any person to leave who is not behaving responsibly.

Liability
Any damage to the building or its contents is the full responsibility of the client and full repair, or replacement, must be paid in full. No windows are permitted to be opened in the function rooms without consent of the duty manager on the day. The venue shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any property belonging to or brought onto the premises by any person. Save as required by law, the venue is not responsible or liable for any injury or any other loss or claim whatsoever by or to any person on its premises.
