Helpfulness of most of the staff. The aircon in the room we had originally booked wasn't working so they found another room for us which did have aircon and was actually bigger, they helped move all of our stuff over as we were running behind and at lunchtime they checked in and told us that we could use the rooftop to eat if we wanted to.
The chairs in the room were very uncomfortable and quite beaten up - considering we were there for an all day meeting (9-5), by midday our backs were hurting and with the knowledge we still had another 5 hours to go - I suppose if you were only in there for shorter meetings, they would be fine. The only screen sharing option was ClickShare which I didn't realise until the morning of and our company security system doesn't allow ClickShare on our laptops. HOWEVER, the team leant us a HDMI cable that we were able to connect to but it's just something to be mindful of if wanting to use the big screen.
