• The person booking the venue is responsible for the behaviour of all guests during the event.
• The maximum guest capacity must not be exceeded at any time for safety reasons.
• Events must finish at the agreed booking time. Additional time must be arranged in advance.
• Outside catering is allowed only with prior approval.
• Decorations are welcome, but they must not damage the walls, floors, windows, or furniture.
