- Health & Safety: Clients must ensure that all participants are in good health and capable of participating in sessions. The studio is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur during private hire sessions.

- Liability Insurance: The client must ensure their instructor or group has adequate liability insurance. The studio's insurance does not cover any personal accidents or injuries that occur during private hire.

- Respectful Behaviour: All guests must respect the studio’s peaceful environment. Noise should be kept to a minimum before, during, and after sessions.

- Alcohol & Drugs: The consumption of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited on the premises.

- Smoking: Smoking is not permitted within the studio or its vicinity.

- Food & Drink: Light snacks & drinks are permitted; however, clients must clean up after themselves.

- Any personal or confidential information shared between the client and the studio will remain confidential. The studio will not share any client data without explicit consent unless required by law.

- The studio reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes before their booking.
