About this space

The Firkin Express is an Event Space in the Fox and Firkin defined by a vintage railway‑carriage frontage that gives the area a casual, informal outdoor character.

Design: A long, narrow platform runs beside high brick party walls and metal railings. Painted timber decking and direct natural light create a bright, open-feeling outdoor area.

Features: The space includes a PA system and speakers. The space permits hosts to bring their own music or a DJ and provides a cleared area suitable for standing and dancing. The space also provides Wi‑Fi.

Ideal for: Small social groups and casual work teams seeking an informal, social setting for standing receptions or relaxed, seated drinks.
