About this space

The space is a long, rectangular industrial garage with exposed brick walls, an exposed-beam low ceiling and a flat dark floor. The room receives natural light and contains fixed coloured artificial fittings, producing a gritty, low-key look that can be modified for shoots.

Room features: A PA system with floor speakers supplies playback and live sound for rehearsals or filmed performances. Backdrops and wall-mounted mirrors support photography and styling, and the room also offers soundproofing plus Wi‑Fi and air conditioning for longer sessions.

Best for: Music rehearsals, live or filmed performances and band promo shoots, as well as portrait and fashion photography.

What sets it apart: A built-in mezzanine provides an elevated platform for alternative camera positions and overhead framing.
