Training Room 1 is a ground-floor classroom in East London that works well for different types of training, from compliance sessions to corporate courses.

It fits around 20–25 people, with individual desks that give everyone enough space for notes, laptops, or written work. The room comes with a projector and screen, plus a large whiteboard and flipchart, so it’s easy to run both presentations and more hands-on sessions.

There are no windows, but the lighting is bright and consistent, which actually helps keep things focused during longer training days.

Breaks are usually taken in a shared breakout area upstairs, where there’s tea, coffee, a microwave, and more relaxed seating.

It’s easy to get to—about a 4-minute walk from Abbey Road DLR and 8 minutes from West Ham—and the layout can be adjusted depending on how you want to run the session, whether that’s classroom-style, U-shape, or something more like a boardroom.
