Design: The interior pairs white and gilt panelling with parquet flooring and crystal chandeliers to produce a formal Baroque look. The room presents high ceilings and detailed mouldings that emphasise classical proportions.
Features: The room includes Wi‑Fi, air conditioning and a built-in PA system with speakers. The room allows own music and external DJs and receives abundant natural light through tall sash windows.

Host rules
-Smoking is not permitted inside the house. A designated smoking area is provided outdoors. Please dispose of cigarette ends in the bin provided.
-Eating and drinking are only permitted in the main kitchen. The only exception is staged eating or drinking as part of filming.
-All members of the production crew must bring a change of shoes. Changing facilities are available in the Cloakroom, located immediately to the right of the main entrance.
-Please take care to avoid any damage to the property during filming and while on site.
-Do not enter or film in any areas that are not highlighted in green on the floor plans. The house is occupied by residents (including children), so please respect their privacy.
-The lift may be used only for access to the basement, ground floor and second floor.
-Any major movement of furniture, installation of lighting or equipment, or any action that may pose a risk of damage must be agreed with the homeowner in advance.
-The production crew is expected to leave the house in the same condition as it was upon arrival.
-Wi-Fi, as well as access to speakers and the audio receiver (located in the pool area, dining room, lounge and master bedroom), will be made available during filming.
