Host rules
No outside food or drinks allowed (all catering and beverages must be provided by the venue).
• No smoking or vaping inside the building.
• Any damage to furniture, décor or equipment may result in an additional charge.
• Decorations are allowed, but nothing may be fixed to the walls with nails, glue or tape that can cause damage.
• Confetti, glitter and open flames (except candles provided by the venue) are not permitted.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• Music volume must be kept at a reasonable level to respect other guests in the venue.
• Final guest numbers and menu choices must be confirmed at least 48 hours before the event.
• Please arrive and vacate the room at the agreed times to avoid extra charges.
• Outside DJs, speakers or amplified sound equipment are not permitted unless approved in advance.
• Friendly behaviour towards staff is expected — we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately.
