Zero Latency VR is an Event Space in Meetspace VR Wembley and is a free‑roam virtual reality arena that lets players physically move through a large tracked play area.
Design: The room has dark walls decorated with angular white graphics, a patterned rubber floor in blue, white and black, and a black ceiling fitted with rectangular ceiling lights that provide even, practical illumination. The overall appearance is technical and uncluttered, emphasising open floor space for movement.
Features: The space contains on-site VR hardware including headsets, backpacks and controllers managed from a central control desk. The space runs staff-led sessions with safety briefings and scheduled gameplay; lockers are available and the venue provides Wi‑Fi, air conditioning and wheelchair access.
Ideal for: Teenage groups and friends seeking an active, social and informal team-based experience that involves standing, moving and communication during play.

Host rules
• No smoking allowed in the building.
• Players must be over 10 or 12 years old to play, depending on the game.
• Anyone aged 14 or under must be accompanied by an adult. The adult is not required to play but needs to be present.
• We recommend wearing light, comfortable clothing and footwear as the experience is physical and in the summer months can make you warm.
• Glasses can be worn with all of our VR headsets, however, larger frames may be uncomfortable to wear so we do recommend using contact lenses where possible.
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your booking to get signed.
• If your group is arriving separately we ask that the booker passes on the booking confirmation which includes directions and arrival times.
• We don't have cash machines and don't accept cash for any purchases in-store.
• Damage done to the space will result in extra charge.
