All bookings must include setup and cleanup time.
• Guests must respect the space, furniture, equipment, and neighbors at all times.
• No smoking or vaping inside the venue. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
• Outside food and drinks are allowed unless stated otherwise. All waste must be disposed of in the provided bins.
• Music and noise levels must comply with local regulations and any stated noise restrictions.
• If playing your own music or bringing a DJ, all equipment must be safely set up and used responsibly.
• Decorations are allowed, but nothing may be fixed to walls or ceilings that could cause damage. No confetti, glitter, or open flames.
• The host must be informed in advance of any large equipment, special setups, or external vendors.
• Capacity limits must be respected at all times.
• Children must be supervised by an adult.
• Pets are allowed only with prior approval.
• The space must be returned in the same condition it was provided. Cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess.
• Any damage to the venue or equipment will be charged to the booking party.
• The host reserves the right to end an event early if rules are not followed.
