Terms and Conditions (Everyman Media Group PLC and its respective subsidiaries, herein referred to as ‘Everyman’)

+ You will be invoiced upon agreement of booking details and confirmed upon receipt of 50% deposit payment. This is a non-refundable deposit.

+ We require full payment at least 2 weeks prior to the event or we reserve the right to cancel.

+ In confirming your event you agree that the total value of your booking cannot drop below the originally quoted amount.

+ Cancellations policy: In the event of a cancellation by you: Up to 4 weeks before - 50% of the total agreed spend as a cancellation charge 2 weeks before - 100% of the total agreed spend as a cancellation charge In the event of a cancellation by Everyman – no cancellation charge due. We reserve the right to cancel for any reason

+ Bar Tabs and pre-ordered items are included in the agreed spend for the hire and must therefore be used on the day and cannot be refunded or used at another time.

+ All prices are inclusive of VAT.

+ All proposals are valid for 7 working days.

+ All pre-orders and any film choices must be received 2 weeks prior to booking date

+ All food and drink consumed on site must be purchased from Everyman.

+ We do not allow external catering except special dietary requirements; if you do wish to provide your own food, please discuss further with the private hire team. We make an exception for birthday cakes but ask that you provide cake knives and disposable plates.

+ Any additional requests on the day, not on your finalised event brief will be managed by the venue management team at their discretion

+ Damages: You will ensure the conduct of the event and its attendees is of an orderly fashion and you will be liable for any theft/damages to the premises caused by the hire. In the event of any damages whatsoever, including items that may need cleaning or repairing, to any area of our premises, charges will be incurred for costs plus loss of sales.

+ Attendees under the
