This open-concept property utilizes striking material contrasts to create a highly distinct background for photo and film shoots.
Interior Architecture & Materials
The main living space and primary bedroom feature suspended walnut veneer cabinetry. In the lower-ground kitchen and lounge area, the design shifts to high-gloss white fixtures equipped with integrated vinyl record decks. The walls across the main property incorporate large sections of black glass paired with cream-colored stretched fabric panels.
The Capsule Rooms
The house contains two highly specialized, enclosed "capsule" spaces built for specific aesthetic requirements:
Capsule One: Replicates a vintage, retro-futuristic environment. It is lined entirely in off-white aviation fabric, originally designed for private jets.
Capsule Two: Features wall-to-wall textile paneling and suspended seats wrapped in blue leather.
Exterior & Booking Requirements
Outside, the enclosed concrete garden acts as an additional shooting location. It is characterized by large-scale architectural foliage and a set of standalone swimming pool steps.
Note: All renters must provide proof of active public liability insurance before their reservation can be finalized.
Prices
Hourly rate - up to 10 people £150.00 per hour (3-hour minimum)
Day rate - 09:00 to 18:00 for up to 15 people starts at £700.00 (no VAT), longer days are possible.
Option to increase capacity up to 35 people standing available on request.
Higher capacity requests (above 20) will incur an additional fee.

Host rules
- The public liability insurance will be needed.
- The swimming pool steps are not attached – please don’t climb.
- Basement toilet has a better flush!
- Please don’t remove the print from the wall in the main bedroom.
- No heels in either bathroom, the glass mosaic tiles will crack.
- Food and drinks to be consumed in the kitchen/basement area only.
- No standing on the brown velvet surround of the bed in the main bedroom when wearing shoes, as the velvet marks easily.
- No shoes on the blue leather seating and no standing on the fabric between this bench seating and the large window unless the fabric is fully protected.
- Please be extra careful of the walnut veneered wall units in the living area and main bedroom, the walnut veneer cannot be replaced and will scratch if anything is leaned against it.
- Please make sure the front door is not left open
- All rubbish needs to be taken with you. If this is not possible, please leave bagged rubbish in the basement/kitchen area only.
- Used coffee grounds in a black bin bag, please - not down the drain.
- If moving furniture, please lift as opposed to dragging across the floor!
