About this space

Lee Valley VeloPark is an Olympic-standard indoor cycling centre defined by a full-size banked track that forms a large central arena for events.

Design: The interior features a sweeping arched roof and continuous roof glazing that floods the space with natural daylight. Tiered spectator seating and timber balustrades frame the open arena and give the venue a clear, architectural sports-bowl appearance.

Features: The central arena floor converts into a flat event surface suitable for exhibitions, staging and temporary layouts. A PA system and speakers are installed and the venue permits own music and the hire of an external DJ. Wi‑Fi and air conditioning are available for hirers.

Ideal for: Event organisers and sports clubs seeking a relaxed, social standing reception or a presentation-focused gathering around a central arena.

What guests say: The venue is impressive and has been repurposed for everyday public use while retaining its sporting character. The spectator areas provide clear sightlines and accessible facilities.
