• Music and noise must end by 22:00 to respect our residential surroundings in West Harrow.
• No outside alcohol is permitted — all alcohol must be served through our licensed bar. BYO alcohol is only allowed with prior agreement and a £200 corkage charge.
• Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the venue; a designated outdoor area is available.
• Decorations must not use nails, screws, or adhesives that could damage walls or fixtures. No confetti, glitter, or rice.
• Outside catering is welcome with prior notice, but must comply with food safety regulations.
• Furniture and equipment may not be moved without prior agreement with venue staff.
• The hirer is responsible for the conduct of their guests throughout the event.
• Any damage to the venue, garden, or equipment will be charged at cost.
