About this space
The whole venue has three rooms that together can accommodate up to 73 people. All of the rooms have WiFi access.
The salon is located on the ground floor. It's great for live-streamed performances, book launches, drinks receptions and milestone birthdays. The lounge and bar space can be found on the first floor of the building. It features sofas and armchairs around coffee tables. The meeting room is perfect for meetings for up to 8 people or as a breakout space.
Prices
We ask for an artistic link to events held at 1901 Arts Club. That might be profession of the hosts/host organisation, or it might be included a live (acoustic) performance.
For evening events, the hire rate is £840 (£700+vat) per evening, including a bartender and building host. Discounts are available to emerging artists and charities. Our full current price list is available to download from our website.
Cleaning fee applies to catered events.
Facility fee of 15% of value of food will be charged for catered events.
Our wine bar can be operated as a pay bar (where guests buy their own drinks) or hosted (where a tab is set up for a host to pay) or a mixture of the two. There is no minimum spend requirement.
