Host rules

- Guests are expected to follow our dress code: business suit, court dress, or smart casual. Clean, smart jeans are acceptable, but ripped, dirty, or inappropriate clothing is not allowed. Shorts are not permitted at any time. We reserve the right to refuse entry to the Hall, without refund, if the dress code is not observed.
- Tours are subject to availability.
- No smoking in the building.
- Day hire is 09:00 to 16:00 (access from 08:00 to set up included, guests must have departed by 16:00)
- Evening hire is 18:00 to 23:00 (access from 17:00 to set up, but clients must be aware we will still be turning rooms around)
- For events that finish after 10:30pm, staff taxi fees will apply.

About Middle Temple

Our venue is in London’s legal quarter. It offers tradition and elegance. Across our historic spaces, you'll find original oak paneling, ornate ceilings, and period features. We offer five hire options. Choose from the Queen’s Room, Parliament Chamber, Prince’s Room, the Hall, or the entire place!

Each space has its own style. We provide intimate dining rooms, grand ceremonial halls, and expansive lawns. The Gardens are also licensed for outdoor ceremonies and marquee hire. We provide free parking on site.
