Host rules
Arrival Time
• Tables are held for 15 minutes after your booking time. Late arrivals may lose their table, and alternatives are not guaranteed.
Number of Guests
• Please book for the correct number of guests. Table sizes may be adjusted if fewer guests arrive. Additional guests are subject to availability.
Deposits
• Deposits are redeemable against your final bill. Late arrivals, no-shows, or breaches of these terms may result in your deposit or pre-authorisation being charged.
Pre-Ordered Food
• Cancellations within 48 hours will incur the remaining cost of pre-ordered food, minus any deposit paid.
Private Hire
• Private hire bookings require an agreed minimum spend. The £200 deposit is redeemable against the final bill if the minimum spend is met and all terms are followed. Otherwise, the deposit will be retained.
• The deposit will also be retained for any damage, theft, or loss caused by the booking party or their guests. The person booking is responsible for ensuring all guests comply with these terms.
Pre-Orders
• All food and drink pre-orders must be submitted at least 10 days before your booking.
Dietary Requirements & Allergens
• Please advise us of any dietary requirements or allergies in advance. We will do our best to accommodate them but cannot guarantee this.
Availability
• All food and drink items are subject to availability. Alternatives may be offered where necessary.
Menus & Pricing
• Menus and prices may change seasonally without prior notice.
Age Policy
• Under-18s are not permitted on the premises after 6:00 PM, any day of the week. This applies to all bookings, including private hire and events.
Dogs
• Well-behaved dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times.
