Booking & Payment
Your booking is confirmed once the agreed deposit has been paid. The remaining balance must be paid before your event, as agreed at the time of booking.

Guests & Capacity
Please do not exceed the agreed number of guests. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. The hirer is responsible for the behaviour of their guests and suppliers.

Bar & Alcohol
Our bar is fully licensed and all alcohol served must comply with our licensing conditions. Please do not bring your own alcohol unless this has been agreed with us beforehand. Our staff reserve the right to refuse service where necessary.

Music & Entertainment
DJs, bands and other entertainment are welcome, but must be agreed with us in advance. Music and entertainment must finish at the agreed time.

Decorations
You’re welcome to decorate the hall! Please do not use nails, screws, staples or anything that could damage walls or fixtures. Confetti, glitter, candles, smoke machines and similar items must be agreed with us beforehand.

Looking After the Hall
Please treat the hall, furniture and equipment with care. The hirer is responsible for any damage or breakages caused by themselves, their guests or suppliers. The hall should be left reasonably tidy, with all personal belongings and decorations removed at the end of the hire.

Safety
Please keep fire exits and emergency routes clear at all times. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the building.

Enjoy Yourselves!
We want everyone to have a great time, but aggressive, abusive or disorderly behaviour will not be tolerated. Venue staff may ask anyone behaving inappropriately to leave.

The hall must be vacated by the agreed finish time. Please leave quietly and considerately.
