Birmingham will spoil you with fantastic venues that are ideal for a product launch party. Birmingham City Centre is home to many event spaces that are close to the city’s business district. However, you can also find amazing spots in areas such as the funky Theatreland (a cousin to London’s West End), the affluent Westside and the bohemian Digbeth. Jewellery Quarter, one of the city's central areas with great transport links offers plenty of meeting rooms, private event spaces and auditoriums for you to choose from. Winson Green in the west and Bordesley Green in the east are other areas with great finds. If you want the venue to be a little bit further from the city rush, you should have a look at Birmingham’s suburbs, such as Edgbaston and Moseley.
When looking for a venue to host your product launch party in, there are certain things you should consider to be sure that you have chosen a perfect place. Firstly, think about the location you would like the event to take place. What type of product launch will you be planning? You may have specific technical needs that you should discuss with the venue manager before finalising your booking. If you need audiovisual equipment or other hi-tech equipment, you may want to hire a venue that offers these, or at least discuss whether they have preferred vendors. Also, it is always best to understand the capacity of the venue and what your options are for a sit-down or standing event. Finally, if you want a good turnout, it is always good to make sure that your launch is in an accessible area near major transport links.
