• No smoking or vaping anywhere in the building or studio.
• The lead booker is responsible for all guests and any damage caused during the hire period.
• Please leave the studio in the same condition you found it and dispose of all rubbish before leaving.
• Furniture and equipment may be moved but must be returned to their original positions before the end of your booking.
• Please respect your booking time. Setup and pack-down must be completed within your booked session.
• No confetti, glitter, smoke bombs, open flames or hazardous materials without prior written approval.
• Food and drinks are permitted, but please keep them away from studio equipment and seamless paper backdrops.
• Music is welcome, but volume must remain respectful of neighbouring businesses.
• Any damage to the studio, equipment or backdrops may result in repair or replacement charges.
• Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Please ensure all doors are securely locked when leaving the studio.
