I didn't attend the meeting myself, but am told by colleagues who did that it was faultless - plenty of beverages, technical side went well. Will definitely consider again if we need a room in Birmingham.

It is an excellent space for the intimate events that we run. Food was great, as were the snacks and drinks during the breaks. Well stocked with pens, paper and other conference essentials too.

The space was perfect for what we wanted. The staff were friendly and helpful, filling in for the conference team (who don't work weekends) very well. Delicious food and snacks. We'll be back.
It's a really minor thing, but the chocolate milkshakes weren't as good as the strawberry ones, perhaps a different flavour would be better.
