I cannot speak highly enough about how well we were looked after on the day that my event was held. The room was the best equipped that i have seen (i had been delivering this session in other venues across the country). The staff were all fabulous, from those on the front desk to the lovely people who were looking after the breakfast serving and making sure we had enough water. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone who is looking to host an event there.
Nothing to dislike about this venue. Even location is great, just a few minutes walk from New Street station

The space worked out very well. It was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Only downside was around 5pm on Saturday we could hear the local bar downstairs.
