We had several positive aspects of our experience worth mentioning. Communication prior to the event was very good, and Sarah was particularly responsive and helpful when we were discussing the booking online. She replied promptly to our messages, answered our questions, and explained the available packages clearly, which made the initial planning process straightforward.
The venue itself is also very nice and creates a pleasant atmosphere for hosting a private event. The space worked well for our celebration and overall the ambience of the venue contributed positively to the evening.
Contrary to some reviews we had read beforehand, the audio system worked very well for us. We were able to connect our laptop to it without any issues and play our own music throughout the event, which made organising the entertainment simple.
Another small point worth mentioning is that the venue accommodated our request to provide bottled water instead of tap water, which they mentioned they do not usually offer. While this may seem like a minor detail, it was appreciated and helped make the event more comfortable for our guests.

I booked Woodside Park sports club a year ago to celebrate my 50th birthday in June this year. The venue is beautifully idyllic, with lots of greenery. My guests were impressed with the calm tranquil surroundings and also easy parking access. The staff were very friendly and made everyone feel at home. They were accommodating of my guests and people running the event for me. Communication was great and effective.
