Phil was very helpful and accommodating in the lead-up, and all the staff were very attentive on the night! The food and drinks were good value and the guests loved them! Everything went very smoothly and there were many compliments on the cozy, intimate feel to the space, the decor was perfect :)
Music is not easily changed so make sure you have your playlist/music vibes sorted beforehand!

It was a beautiful clean venue with ample seating, fairy lights, and fully covered, so would be suitable for all kinds of weather. I loved being able to play my own music and everyone said that the food was delicious. The staff were friendly, easy to work with, and accomodating and myself and all my guests had a great time. I would hire this venue again for sure.
The TV/projector for my personal photos didn't work properly and either kept freezing on one image and not moving on or giving an error message and not moving. The venue staff also did not bring out all the food consistently, so we were left with a lot of food later in the night when some of my guests had already left and were told by the venue staff that we were unable to take the food home for food safety reasons. While the venue staff said this was because the main table in the area was already full with food (which was true), there were other areas in the venue the staff could have placed food and they could have also been taking the food around to the guests or bringing out a variety of food, rather than the same dish on multiple plates.
