We booked out the Front Room of the venue (with no charge) for an 18th Birthday, the space was brilliantly adorned with vibrant couches, tables and lamps, offering plenty of seating for guests and a great atmosphere with low lighting and a disco ball. The area was perfectly suited for the 40-50 people we had; I was very capable of walking around the room without it feeling awkwardly spacious or stuffy.
Phil and the rest of the staff were incredibly kind and helpful - they gave us all the possible venue information to plan catering and extra items we would need. The food and cocktail menus were great and able to cater for different allergies, and we were able to play semi-loud music and bring our own decorations. Any inquiries we had were easily sorted over both TagVenue messaging and via phone call.
Overall it felt like seamless organisation and was an awesome night!

I recently celebrated my 25th at The Sundeck at the Purple Emerald Lounge Bar and it was absolutely fantastic. From the start, communication was prompt and clear. Phil answered all my questions with ease, and the booking process was seamless. On the night, Phil greeted us immediately and introduced me to the incredible staff, Cass, Brayden, and Georgie, who were friendly and attentive throughout the evening.
The catering and drinks were a hit with everyone and there was a lot of variety available. The atmosphere was so welcoming that many of my guests have gone on to message me and mention how much they enjoyed the venue. I cannot recommend The Sundeck highly enough. If you’re looking for the perfect function space, this is it.

Phil was great in the lead up to my event and day of. Quick responses to all my questions.
I had around 45 people for my 40th and had plenty of space on the Sundeck. I ordered 9 items from the menu and had enough food.
The bar staff were great. Would not hesitate to book another event at The Purple Emerald.
Nothing to dislike!
