Friendly Helpful Staff. Good working space. Lots of room. Private change-room. Clothes rack. Easy access, no stairs. 95% Perfect for my needs. Staff happy with later cancellation that wasn't my fault and allowed to reschedule with no penalty. Very reasonable people. Will use venue again.

Space is open to passers-by within the space who need to use the toilet. While space was not quiet per se, it was fairly quiet when I was there, but there is the potential for it to be noisy if there were more people there. Photo space is open to view from communal area, which can make less experienced models uncomfortable, so I recommend erecting a screen to make the area private. The openness may also be a problem for projects that involve IP. If the venue were to provide a rolling, portable partition, then the space would be perfect.

Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.

Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 1 months from the original date, at no cost.
