About Botanicah - The Venue
Botanicah at 48 Commercial Road is our grandest event venue and features a plant-filled flowing 250 square-meter indoor + outdoor site. Perfect for photo shoots, private events, indoor jungle weddings, courtyard weddings, receptions, exhibitions, and private dinners.
Botanicah the venue is located on Commercial Road on the Prahran + South Yarra Border, just around the corner from iconic Chapel Street. Unassuming from the outside, the venue is noticeable for its dramatic greenhouse roof line, a feature it shares with the courtyard. It’s a short distance from the restaurants, bars, boutique hotels, cafes, and clubs that make Prahran the most exciting place in Melbourne.
As an event space, Botanicah’s greatest virtue is its comfortable green spaces that are suitable for any occasion: whether you want an intimate gathering for less than 20 or a large live event or reception, you can do either in this modular, scalable venue, and the experience will feel proportional and comfortable.
Once inside, you meander under a high-pitched roof and skylights full of tropical plants, and into a courtyard framed by tall green walls, set on floors of exposed concrete, and surrounded by exotic trees and plants.
