About Teller

Teller is a Trusted Tagvenue Partner, validated by the Tagvenue team with a record of successful bookings on the platform.

Situated on Lygon Street and designed by Ewert Leaf Architects, Teller has lived many lives since her humble beginnings in 1918 as the State Savings Bank of Victoria.

Today, it has been reimagined and features an intimate 40-seater front bar & bistro, light filled 80 seat dining pavilion, and an open-air laneway beer garden, along with upstairs function space for up to 50 and a private dining annex for 20 guests.

Teller is now open 7 days serving lunch and dinner from 11.30 am until late.

No, guests are not allowed to bring their own beverages.

Yes, kids are very welcome to be part of the event. The Laneway will be separated from other guests via a rope, but as it is a shared open space, it is not as secluded for kids.

Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.

Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 1 months from the original date, at no cost.
