Amber was amazing from the get go with helping us plan an amazing office party at Zinc. Her support in connecting us with the right people went a long way and was so appreciated as we needed all the help we could get. The Operations team were fabulous with all our food and beverage needs. Everyone who attended the party had a blast and we were overwhelmed with the positive feedback on the quality of food, the space on the dancefloor, friendly staff. I would highly recommend Zinc to anyone looking to host a party. This venue is a one stop shop and their staff are friendly and helpful and it makes planning corporate events feel like a breeze.
The venue and location was lovely
The venue could have provided more chairs when they saw guests standing, instead the guests were left standing. We requested that the dietary requirement meals be placed on the food tables with a sign, this would have given other guests the opportunity to select from the gluten free and vegetarian items as well, instead a little sign was placed at the table to order these meals separately from the counter. I did not see anybody go to the counter to order the dietary requirement meals, which means 20 meals were paid for but not seen. Also there was so much food left over after the breakfast, items not eaten eg. jam donuts and croissants, these food could have been brought out during the break instead all this food was wasted.
