About this space
Our meeting room is big, bright, and super easy to work with. It’s 98.8 square metres and can hold up to 100 people, depending on how you set it up.
The carpeted floor keeps things quiet, and the soundproof walls mean you don’t have to worry about noise. High ceilings make it feel open, and there’s loads of natural light coming in through the full-length windows. You also get awesome skyline views of Sydney — or close the blackout curtains if you need less glare.
You can change the layout to suit your event, whether it’s a formal talk or a hands-on workshop. There’s also a private terrace if you want a break with a view.
The room comes with a projector, screen, sound system, and air con. We’ve also got catering and extra AV gear available if you need it.

About Aerial Function Centre
Aerial Function Centre is in Ultimo, just minutes from Sydney’s CBD. It’s part of UTS and built for modern events.
There are five meeting rooms, two big terraces, and an on-site bar. You can book it for anything from a 20-person meeting to a 450-person conference.
Rooms have carpeted floors, high ceilings, and soundproof walls. Big windows let in loads of light, with blackout curtains when you need them. You’ll also get great views of the Sydney skyline. The terraces are perfect for a break or fresh air.
Layouts are flexible—set it up how you want. Fully wheelchair accessible with ramps, lifts, and accessible bathrooms. Paid parking is available on-site.
