I was very impressed with the Sebel Quay, the room was nicely set up and all our needs were taken care of. The catering was excellent. The venue was easy to find.
I’ve used this room twice now and the room is always hot even with the aircon on.

Friendly Staff, nice room, good catering and good setup.
We requested projector and white screen, but when we got there, wasn't set up, and they didn't have a usb to usb cable, so he had to ask one of our staff to run to our office (at least 15' distance) to get a cable for us. The organiser from the Venue wasn't around, she showed up for 1 min (not longer than that) and left, and never came back to assist us or to see how the event was going.

No. The venue cannot host both the seminar setup and a separate standing networking space simultaneously for the required guest numbers. A seamless transition would normally require two distinct spaces, but there is no adjacent pre-function area large enough to accommodate the full group while the main room is being reset.

Yes, complimentary in-house AV is included in the room hire, with a newly upgraded 120-inch screen and projector. You can connect wirelessly with ClickShare (which requires an initial software download) or easily use the traditional HDMI port.

Yes. For a first event with the venue, microphones can be included.
