About this space

Our five function rooms feature high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass windows that allow natural light to pour in. These rooms also offer access to our two outdoor rooftop terraces.

Individually our rooms are 98.8sqm each in size. Our five function rooms can be opened into one large pillar-free space approximately 494sqm in size, with configuration capacities of:

About Aerial Function Centre

Aerial Function Centre is in Ultimo, just minutes from Sydney’s CBD. It’s part of UTS and built for modern events.

There are five meeting rooms, two big terraces, and an on-site bar. You can book it for anything from a 20-person meeting to a 450-person conference.

Rooms have carpeted floors, high ceilings, and soundproof walls. Big windows let in loads of light, with blackout curtains when you need them. You’ll also get great views of the Sydney skyline. The terraces are perfect for a break or fresh air.

Layouts are flexible—set it up how you want. Fully wheelchair accessible with ramps, lifts, and accessible bathrooms. Paid parking is available on-site.
