About this space

Our meeting room is big, modern, and super functional. It’s 98.8 square metres and fits up to 100 people depending on how you set it up.

You’ll walk in to soft carpet, soundproof walls, and high ceilings — great for focused sessions or private chats. Massive windows let in heaps of natural light and give you a great view of the Sydney skyline.

The layout is flexible, so whether you’re running a presentation or a team workshop, it works. There’s also a private terrace if you want some fresh air or a quiet break.

It’s got all the tech: projector with a drop-down screen, great sound system, and solid air con. You can also add catering and AV extras to suit your session.

Aerial Function Centre is in Ultimo, just minutes from Sydney’s CBD. It’s part of UTS and built for modern events.

There are five meeting rooms, two big terraces, and an on-site bar. You can book it for anything from a 20-person meeting to a 450-person conference.

Rooms have carpeted floors, high ceilings, and soundproof walls. Big windows let in loads of light, with blackout curtains when you need them. You’ll also get great views of the Sydney skyline. The terraces are perfect for a break or fresh air.

Layouts are flexible—set it up how you want. Fully wheelchair accessible with ramps, lifts, and accessible bathrooms. Paid parking is available on-site.
