This meeting room is 98.8 sqm and fits up to 100 people theatre-style or 54 cabaret-style. It's modern, quiet, and has carpeted floors to keep things focused.

The space is soundproof with high ceilings and huge windows that bring in loads of natural light. You’ll get awesome views of the Sydney skyline too.

The layout is flexible, so it works for talks, team sessions, or workshops. There’s also direct access to a private terrace for fresh air or breakout chats.

It comes with a projector, retractable screen, strong sound system, and air con. You can also add catering and AV gear if needed.

About Aerial Function Centre

Aerial Function Centre is in Ultimo, just minutes from Sydney’s CBD. It’s part of UTS and built for modern events.

There are five meeting rooms, two big terraces, and an on-site bar. You can book it for anything from a 20-person meeting to a 450-person conference.

Rooms have carpeted floors, high ceilings, and soundproof walls. Big windows let in loads of light, with blackout curtains when you need them. You’ll also get great views of the Sydney skyline. The terraces are perfect for a break or fresh air.

Layouts are flexible—set it up how you want. Fully wheelchair accessible with ramps, lifts, and accessible bathrooms. Paid parking is available on-site.
