Ideal for vocal tracking, the studio consists of a spacious control room attached to a generous live room/vocal booth. Both rooms are treated and deliver superb vocal-tracking. We offer a discounted day rate of $200 for 8 hours, Sunday to Thursday, 10 am to 6 pm only. For enquiries outside of these hours please contact us.

Cancellation policy

Standard 60 day with Grace Period

Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours.

Cancellations 60 days in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations 60 days to 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations for events starting within 30 days are non-refundable.

Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 12 months from the original date, at no cost.

Rules of the space

No smoking inside the building. Please use the ashtray provided outside.
No littering. There is a bin located in the kitchen for any rubbish. Please do not place liquid in the bin. Please dispose of liquid and ice into the kitchen sink before disposing of your rubbish.
No liquid near the studio gear. Please keep lids on bottles and do not place drinks on the floor. Please use the coasters and matts provided.
You are required to have a basic level of knowledge and skill relating to operating a studio and using a DAW for studio sessions booked without an engineer (Studio Hire/Dry-Hire).
You are bound by our Terms of Service upon entering the studio premises.

Established by long-time Sydney Hip Hop engineer, Mixed by Espa we expanded to our current premises near Blacktown, Western Sydney in 2021. Our team of recording and mixing engineers have experience working with all genres of Rap, Hip Hop, Pop and R&B. We specialise in Vocal Recording, Mixing, Mastering, Vocal Production and Arrangement. We offer in-studio services as well as online mixing and mastering. Our professional recording studios for hire are also available to dry-hire without an engineer. We offer two studio suites, each comprised of a spacious control room attached to a large vocal booth/live room.
