About this space

Our 200 sqm studio space boasts an open-plan layout, allowing for a range of different set-ups. A separated side room close to the entry provides a private space perfect for wardrobe changes or hair and make-up. Ideal for fashion campaign shoots, video shoots, headshots, family photography, workshops and retreats.You’ll also have full access to a kitchen space, including a sink and fridge, as well as a private bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.

White paper is included when booking is more than 4 hours. We have a selection of other coloured paper rolls available at $55 each. Please feel free to enquire about our inventory.

La Fabrica is an exclusive function space New York Loft style apartment ideal for celebrations like baby showers and private gatherings. High Ceilings, exposed brick walls, huge windows with plenty of natural light, toilets, well equiped kitchen with fridge & oven.

The space includes two natural timber low lying picnic tables (3.6 Mts Long), Assorted rugs and cushions, assorted styling deco, including dried flowers, plates and glasses. The perfect indoor picnic set up for a memorable celebration and you don't need to worry about the weather!

Bring your own food and drinks.
Price includes styling and set up.
You need to make sure the space is left clean. There are cleaning product at the studio.

Natural light from open windows. Big open studio space was lovely to host our event. Larissa (studio manager) was very helpful, helping us during bump in to carry up our equipment, and providing clear instructions on locating the studio and accessing the space.
3 flights of stairs to access the studio (on the top floor) - bumping equipment in and out was a huge challenge, not very friendly for kids & older guests who have mobility issues. Studio equipment provided was poorly maintained - many light stands were broken or missing parts. Experienced power outage for 10 mins during setup.

Wonderful Venue for a Baby Shower! We recently hired this venue for a baby shower, and it was absolutely perfect! The space was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it easy to set up everything we needed. From tables and seating to kitchen facilities and decor flexibility — it had it all. Communication with the owner was also excellent. They were friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, which made planning so much smoother. Highly recommend this venue for any special occasion — we had a fantastic experience and would definitely book again!
