Housekeeping Rules:
No smoking in the building
Outside catering is allowed
No alcohol allowed after 6pm
Mutual Respect Clause:
Treat all items in the space with respect. You never know when a lamp might hold a grudge.
Plant Care Pledge:
Handle plants with care; no one wants a “Cactus Head” surprise.
No Dragging:
Avoid dragging items to prevent scuff marks. Floors have feelings too.
Return Items:
Put everything back where it belongs. Failure to do so may affect future bookings.
No Messing Around:
Leave no rubbish behind. A $100 + GST cleaning fee applies if the space isn’t left tidy.
Damage Responsibility:
If anything is damaged, I accept full responsibility for repair or replacement costs.
Punctuality:
All bump-in and bump-out activities must occur within the designated time slot. A late fee of $125 + GST per hour applies for overruns.

Location & Parking
Warehouse 24 is part of the Wilmac Facility in Braybrook, a complex with 100 units, and we’re proudly located at Unit 24.
There are two driveways into the facility and plenty of free parking right out the front of our studio, so no stress about finding a spot!
We’re situated just off Ballarat Road in Braybrook, a short drive from Highpoint Shopping Centre. A shopping complex nearby with fantastic food and coffee options.
Straightforward & hassle-free access for those using public transport.
