Looking for a spacious and versatile venue in Clayton South? Our large dance studio, spanning 180 square meters, is perfect for a range of activities including dance workshops, rehearsals, Zumba and fitness classes, functions, birthday parties, social events, and brand launches.
The studio is equipped with full-length mirrors, a speaker with both AUX and Bluetooth connectivity, and spotlights. With a very high ceiling and a roller door entrance that provides wide and high access, it offers an accommodating and flexible space.
Additional amenities include all-gender toilets, free onsite parking, and fold-out tables and chairs available for your use. An industrial fan is also provided to ensure a comfortable environment.

$100 [weekdays] + $50 clean up fee
$110 [weekends] + 50 clean up fee
Additional 15% fee for late night hours [11:30pm-6am]

Flat rate [entire booking time]= $52 for all chairs

Host rules
- No smoking allowed in the building
- Outside catering is allowed
- Confirmed bookings fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable
- Booking time must include bump-in and bump-out time; all items brought into the space must be removed within the allocated booking time. Other bookings may be directly before/after yours, so please be mindful of starting/finishing on time
- OVERTIME will be billed in half-hour increments
- Basic cleaning is included in the hourly hire rate; however, we kindly ask that you leave the space in the condition that you found it
- You will be charged for any DAMAGES to the space or equipment we have provided
- Ascendant DC Studios is not responsible for loss/damage of personal property or belongings
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
