When you hire the space, daily cleaning is included, along with technician support on the install day to help get everything set up properly. There’s a kitchen and toilets on site, and street access with a 2.5m-wide entrance, so bringing in equipment or staging is straightforward. If needed, you can also add things like a bar, PR support, or extra staff.
Capacity depends on the setup: around 120–140 people standing for drinks or live music, about 70 seated for talks, and roughly 40–50 for a formal dinner. Insurance is required for events, and any loud music needs to finish by 11pm.

Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.
