Occupying a bright corner of the building, this 1,300 sq ft home features triple-height ceilings and an entire wall of windows that bathe the interior in natural light.

The space combines industrial character with modern warmth, showcasing concrete walls and pillars alongside beautiful wooden floors. A sleek island kitchen anchors the main area, complemented by a DJ booth and professional sound system.

Additional highlights include two bathrooms, a spiral staircase, and a mezzanine level with a bedroom and ensuite (available upon request). A custom floor-to-ceiling shelving system with interchangeable fronts provides both storage and design versatility.

Aero Loft is ideal for photoshoots, filming, and private events, offering an inspiring backdrop that blends history, style, and creative energy.
