Shoot where ABC, Amazon, CNN, Apple, BET, EUniversal all shoot!
Located midway up Hollywood Hills overlooking Los Angeles, this private, one story home has an open floor plan that is very TV/video/film production friendly and perfect for outdoor events or product launches.
Large rooms w/ high ceilings, hardwood floors w/ recessed lighting allow you to easily customize the house for your particular needs. Or use as is, with it's warm mid-century flair. Two ensuite bedrooms, spacious living room and dining room, recently renovated kitchen, two fireplaces and multiple usable outdoor areas (pool, atrium/gazebo, lush gardens, golf hole, etc.) makes it feel larger than its 2,700+ SQ FT of living space.
Outdoors, it has a large, deep, heated pool, majestic fountain, beautiful gardens and landscaping, a golf putting green (rare), a unique jungle setting and a three car garage plus easy access and ample parking.
