About this space
D.I.P Events is a 2,200 sq. ft. all-white event venue in the South Bronx. The space features 14-foot ceilings and an open interior that can be decorated and set up for different occasions.
The venue accommodates up to 100 seated or 150 standing guests and works well for weddings, bridal and baby showers, birthdays, corporate events, private parties, and other celebrations.
Facilities include a kitchenette, mobile bar, Bluetooth speakers, and additional event enhancements available on request.
Prices
Hourly Rental Rates:
Monday–Thursday: $200 per hour
Friday & Saturday: $300 per hour
Sunday: $250 per hour
A $275 cleaning fee is required for all hourly rentals.
We also offer event packages for clients looking for a more complete experience, with options that may include venue time, tables, chairs, décor, and other event enhancements.
A $500 retainer fee is required to secure and reserve your event date.

Host rules
• All event times, including setup and breakdown, must be included within your reserved rental time.
• Events must end at the agreed-upon time. Additional time is subject to availability and additional fees.
• Clients are responsible for the actions and conduct of their guests and vendors.
• No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the venue.
• No illegal activity, drugs, or weapons are permitted on the premises.
• The venue must be left in good condition. A cleaning fee applies to hourly rentals.
• Any damages caused to the venue, furniture, equipment, or property may result in additional charges.
• Outside vendors are welcome but must follow all venue rules and complete setup and breakdown within the contracted rental period.
• Decorations must be approved when necessary and may not cause damage to the walls, floors, ceilings, or venue property.
• No confetti, glitter, or other difficult-to-clean materials are permitted unless approved in advance.
• Please be respectful of the venue, surrounding property, and neighborhood at all times.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
