Venue Rental Rules for Parties
1. Condition of Space
The venue must be returned in the same condition as it was found.
* All decorations, trash, and personal items must be removed by the end of the rental period.
* Any damage to the property will be the renter’s responsibility.
2. Insurance Requirement
* Renters may be required to provide proof of event liability insurance prior to the event.
* The venue is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or lost/stolen items.
3. Orderly Conduct
* All guests must behave in a respectful and orderly manner at all times.
* illegal activities are not permitted on the premises.
* The renter is responsible for the behavior of all attendees.
4. Noise Levels
* Noise must be kept at a reasonable level at all times.
* The venue reserves the right to reduce volume or end the event if noise becomes excessive.
5. No Smoking Policy
* Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue.
* Smoking may only be allowed in designated outdoor areas (if applicable).
6. Capacity & Safety
* The number of guests must not exceed the venue’s maximum capacity.
* All exits, hallways, and safety equipment must remain clear and accessible.
7. Time Restrictions
* Events must start and end within the agreed rental time.
* Additional fees may apply for overtime.
