About this space

Our 17,000 sq ft space is perfect for a large photo shoot or film shoot, party, exhibition or other uses. We have a large sandbox with 3 volleyball courts set up on it, which can be removed. We also have a bar and lounge. 5 bathrooms.
We're located in Queens between the neighborhoods of Long Island City, Sunnyside and Astoria. Easily accessible by subway.
The entire space can be rented. Groups up to 280 people welcome.
